I agree with all of the above. When I reraise preflop, I make it ~3.5 times the original raise amount, except when stack size considerations take over (i.e, he's unusually short or deep).

The same considerations aside again, on the flop I make it ~2/3 pot oop and ~3/4 in position. I also raise more against calling stations, and less when c-betting against someone who doesn't know what day it is, let alone what my bet size might mean.
