Betsafe signed a 3 year deal with Crypto on 23rd October. When it takes effect on their site I do not know.

Tain standard rate is 30%.

Oops.

I think there are other choices. Parbet, Eurolinx, Carlos Poker, and NoIQpoker offer rakeback and there may be more. Also I recently saw Uncover Poker on the Tribeca network advertised. The trick is to figure out which ones will actually wind up on iPoker.
