Best strategy for marketing e-books??

Anyone have experience marketing e-books? I have a small publishing company with a few 'how to' titles that I'd like to market as e-books.

I'd like to avoid an adwords campaign, and just focus on affiliate links if that's feasible. I've been looking at clickbank, because of the affiliate possibilities - but I just don't know what I don't know.

Any help or advice is appreciated.

if you write and publish an ebook you'll lose big because people would just file share iT. you're better off marketing it as a monograph or somethinG.

There's loads of money in selling ebooks, especially using companies like clickbank.

As a starter check out www.15kchallenge.com/blog for Dan Raine's awesome blog about how he went about marketting some.
