Turned flush - how do I play this?

This hand happened at a live 200nl game at the local casino.
I typically play 5-10 limit but ended up in this game. Would like some thoughts on how to play this hand. Forgive me if I don't have all the info 100% correct.

Stack sizes
Hero (MP3) 800
SB 400
BB 1400
CO 1600

reads
SB super tight, largely ABC style player
BB Loose and very aggressive, have seen him fire many bluffs but also show down solid hands

Blinds 2-5

I have J6 clubs in MP3

2 limpers, I limp, Co makes it 20 to go, SB and BB call, limpers and I call

Flop ($120) Ac Js 5c

SB bets $50, BB calls, I call 2 folds and CO calls

Turn ($320) Ac Js 5c (Kc)

SB bets $100 BB calls, hero?

Should I smooth call here or raise or push or what?

Whatever jerks your gherkin. I'd probably just raise, since SB has put half his stick in and will probably put in the rest. The only problem with this is you force out the CO, who has the big stack, however if he has a hand like a set or smaller flush he might call anyway.

I'd push.

Fold. You have a "super tight" player making strange little bets into multiple opponents and CO with an obvious draw behind you. But more important, you seem totaly lost in the hand. Your just wandering through a mine field without a plan.

Also, you should realize that raising SB on the flop is manditory.

no way do u fold this hand, there's only one hand out there that beats you....figure out the best way to get all his money

I would smooth call the turn and wait to see what happens on the river....if he bets push him in and if he doesn't value bet $100 should be sufficient and might just force him to put all his money his losing hand
