E-mail From Mansion

Mansion is accepting US players for poker only.

I didn't see an official update recently about Mansion. If this is old news please delete it.

Here's the relevant info cut and pasted from an e-mail from our affiliate manager at Mansion.

"Effective 16 October, 2006, MANSION suspended access to our Sportsbook and Casino gaming services for Members located in the United States.

...when you refer a US based Member to MANSION, the Member will have full access to our Poker and Exchange products, but will be restricted from accessing our Casino and Sportsbook.

...Non-US based referred Members shall remain unaffected."

You say:

But the letter actually says:

What is Exchange? Is that the service where they broker sports bets between their customers in exchange for a fee?

Correct. The sportsbook is out, however.

Any idea what happens to long term futures bets already placed? For example, if someone put money on someone to win the superbowl preason.
