Another Micros Foxwoods trip (ZOMG!)
 

Well friends,

Our last Foxwoods trip was a success, but we need to improve in several areas:

1. Fewer wifes/gfs that want to leave early.

2. More splitting a hotel room and getting drunkern.

Will someone who knows more about this sort of thing look into rates at "Tha Woodz" and nearby? kthx[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

3. More getting reservations at one of the nice restaurants (and showing up 5 - 10 minutes late on purpose).

4. Less $2/$4 and more $4/$8 and higher.

I could be game in the 2nd or 3rd weekend of December. My prof wants me to push a paper out by Dec. 1 (I'm already behind schedule), but after that should be a very good time for me.

Pre-trip report:

Str8fish ZOMGPWNS DrModern, hitting his 5 outers repeatedly. One hand, for example, I'm in MP1 with 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], all limp to me, I limp (due to my fantastic good luck and superb postflop skills, I can make this call). Modern behind me raises with QQ. I decide to mess with him some, and I 3-bet. Modern caps. Flop is Q72. Good flop for me, so I bet when it's checked to me. Modern raises, I 3-bet, he caps. Uh oh... I'm putting him on nothing at this point. I think he's bluffing. Turn comes out the 2. YES! I think... I'm gonna cap this mofo, and once again, Modern and I cap. I look over at Modern's stack and he's only got 2 more bets left before he has to rebuy for all his $1 chips. River, 2. I take the rest of Modern's moneys. Modern goes on mad wild-ass monkey tilt. I'm talkin REAL monkey tilt... he starts shizzin in his hand and throwing it at everybody, foamin at the mouth, poundin on the ground! I duck behind Wookie, who takes the brunt of the poo. Modern finally gets carried away by security and I stay behind, rubbing my nipples and making kissy faces at the dealer, who, by the way, I slipped a $100 to previously. I love that woman.

I'm definitely in for one of the first few weekends in December, so long as I have like 2 weeks or so of advanced notice....

Also, I'm willing to contribute my NL and Omaha H/L skillz so that Wookie won't be alone on the NL side of the poker room...and, more importantly, I'm willing to provide transportation in my Badonkadonk Land Cruiser. Holla.
