Logged on from a different country lately? If so, just call them and they'll open it again.

I hate calling them. Last time they forwarded me 3x times or so. I sent an email. Anyway I thought someone might know.

Had the same once (false logins and login from foreign country) - just call them, tell them to reopen, go to their security questions and everything will be fine.

Seems like it happens mostly after you logged in from different address/country or they think you did(dynamic IP).
Happened to me. I emailed them but didn`t get an answer. Guy at live chat reopened it for me w/ no problems.

I had a hard time opening an account. And I had to call
them several times. I had nothing but polite service on
all of the calls.
