My turn bet was small to keep TP in the hand, but I guess it backfired as I'm left with a tough decision on the river.

Any thoughts and comments are much appreciated.

Hm, check behind turn?

I fold the river here, but call a river bet if you check the turn.

I'd fold turn here as played, never call river.

turn bet is fine, fold to c/r w/ no history(which it seems like you have none). i would push if i was pretty sure he was spewy, almost never call, but if i did i would call the river i think. 3 doesn't change much.

Agree with fold or push turn, generally fold.

Standard to flat call on flop? I'm used to raising.

Although not much, 50 hands is what you've got. Appears to be a TP, fairly typical, likes to play good cards preflop, will call with them instead of re-popping, and aggro post flop when he makes a hand.

When a player leads into the preflop raiser it is a show of strength. In this case I put him on AJ, JJ, or maybe QQ, and a small chance of KK,AA. In this case I think he just screamed JJJ. I call and hope for a miracle.

When he checks the blank turn it's important to remember that AA unimproved is not the nuts and check behind for pot control and to take a free card.

Now that you've kept the pot small and induced a bluff I'd call a reasonable bet on the river, but I'd fold to a push.

As played he's told you twice he has a monster when he c/r's the turn. You've got two outs. Fold to the c/r. Don't fall in love with AA.

Isn't this how like 90% of people play sets?
