5/10 Bodog I got QQQ bich

Not that interesting a hand but I still want to hear what y'all have to say about it.
I'm holding QQ in SB. There's 2 limpers and a solid player raises to $45 from the button. I call, MP calls. 3-way pot, and I have everyone covered.
Flop comes A-Q-5 rainbow. It gets checked around. Turn comes a 6 of hearts, putting 2 hearts out there (the 5 is a heart). I lead for $120 into a $160 pot, MP folds, button raises it up to $360 without hesitation. Button has around $550 behind. What's my action? Please state your reasons why. Button probably sees me as a solid LAG.

A. call
B. min re-raise to $600 ($240 more)
C. re-raise to more than $600 without putting him all-in (between $240 and $550 more)
D. go all-in ($550 more)

preflop is fine. reraise sometimes, call others. call a higher% as you get deeper.

lead the flop.
go ahead and get it in on turn.

Either he's very weak and won't call another dime or he's strong enough to call a push, so pushing over the top wins the most here.

Reraise preflop, lead flop, push turn even though he has AA.

How bout a call/CR river? If villain has a set or trips, money's getting in. This gives him a chance to bluff, and I don't think he's calling a turn push with a PP (big ace is very unlikely with flop check). Or am I overthinking this with so little money back.

So lead flop, push turn? Are there any good reasons for checking flop? For what its worth, my standard line here would be to re-raise preflop, bet flop, and shove turn. But if I had done that I wouldn't have had a hand to post. Btw villain did not have AA.
