Simple Question relating to Fold to River Bet in PT?

Possibly a dumb question,

In PT the stat for "Fold to a river bet" does this include the times you b/f the river after getting raised? OR is it only when you fold directly to a bet (ie when you either c/f or fold being last to act?)

Both. A raise is considered a bet.

It's only the times you make it to the river and then fold.
