So I'm sure I screwed up somewhere...

waffle mod

I installed waffle's zipfile, and extracted all the files to the pokerstars folder. I opened pokerstars using the included PS.BAT file. The background works, but the table and the cards haven't changed. WTF? :/

For me just the cards don't work. I've switched back and forth between 4 color deck etc...
