In very small print at the bottom it probably says "$50 FREE CHIP has 10,000 times playthrough and you won't be able to make any deposits of your balance until playthrough is completed. In addition this bonus will be deducted from your balance upon cashout"

They screwed me around for two weeks over a $550 withdrawal of profits from a $11 poker bonus. Add in the story about them sending armed goons to shut down a competitor's offices and I'd say stay away.
