The average stack at this time is 270K... and there are 15 people remaining. I am guaranteed 1100 or so, but obviously I am aiming for top 1-3 which guarantees at least 11k.

You are a short stack and have to move this round or next. Sounds like opportunities are few to enter a pot first in late position......... Open push, get called by SB and hit your gut shot on the river.
