Well, the bill is not law yet although it would be nice to hear something. It seems the Pres. is going to sign the bill on 10-13-06 so I'm sure we will hear a lot from many Casino's/PokerRoom's on the 14th.

My understanding is that Microgamin / PrimaPoker Network is leaving it up to each individual skin.

flopturnriver.com has the list of what each skin has said, but their site is down right now (the home page and forum page are in a never-ending loop; a programming error that I expect they will fix any second).
