game theory question?
 

am i the only one who read the chapter in theory of poker and thought that it would work great in a controlled situation, when you had no variables, but not so well in no limit hold'em.

some one explain to me how this would work in a game like hold em, or in any situation when you don't control all the factors in play.

I agree this concept is pretty much useless at no-limit poker, at the small stakes I play anyhow.
