I just never ever fold KK pre-flop online unless satelitte conditions dictate folding every hand.

I'm sure this depends on the level. At lower levels raise more pre-flop. As played I'd call.

To make myself clear - raise more pre-flop regardless of level. In lower levels this is much more likely to be a small pocket pair who's convinced by your bet that he's in a race instead of a 4-1 dog than it is to be AA.
