full game. opponent is very tight. he's also fairly agressive. i have TT in the hijack and i open. villian cold calls OTB

i bet, and the opponent raises. i think for a second and call (mistake?) my plan is to call down.

the turn is the 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

i check, and in a shocking move, the opponent checks.

the river is a 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

should i check or bet?

Yeah, fire. Hopefully he doesn't have 77.

Having thought about it for abotu 10 seconds I think bet-fold is a good line here (and i never think that). Your hand looks like a K when you bet the river and he's not expecting you to fold.

If your read is correct, you are definitely being weirdplayed. I'd check and call out of curiosity. Most of the time, I'll bet you find out that villain isn't the tag you thought he was.

Edit: I would not be surprised to see 77, 88, or 99 as Villain's hand, and I expect him to value bet the river.

Check call. I'm not sure what calls you if you bet. I think far more hands that you beat will fire at the river than will call your bet.
