Firepay support.

I wanted to add a different bank account to my Firepay account. On their website it says to send an email to [email protected] letting them know you want to do this. I've sent 7 emails in the last 2 weeks and gotten no reply. Anyone else have this problem?

I actually did this about 3 months ago. Got a reply in a reasonable time (a day or 3), and got it taken care of.

Guess it's random.
