$22 PP Regular - 3 handed, sweet flop

How would you play this hand? The villain is a solid, thinking player.

Push preflop. As played, pushing flop is fine

I probably would have played it the same way.

I see. But now I am having second thoughts about this play. I mean what kind of hand am I really representing that open shoves such flop? KQ-AQ? JT? If I was the villain my calling range would be fairly wide here. I probably had very little folding equity. Perhaps checking would pretty much guarantee me a free/cheap turn card? Is my stack healthy enought to fold here if the villain shoves the flop after me checking?

Thanks.
