What would be the best way to make the bonus you get the highest +EV? How would you bet?

You'd want to sign up for 2-3 sports books which offer bonuses, max the bonus out and then look for scalps between 2 books and bet as much as you can. You could even do a 0 cent scalp. This would have no risk (other than the sports book not paying you or going out of business) and no variance.

How would you recommend betting until I got the bonus? I guess scalping and betting the middle.

didn't you just whore your first casino a few days ago? and complain about variance on $1 blackjack bets? you probably don't want to get into sportsbook bonuses and scalping so quickly, it's a lot more complicated and you need a much larger bankroll to truly take advantage.

Yeah, you need at least $10k to do SBs at anything more than a snail's pace (and to max out the bonuses).
