Deviation from Sage?

I was in a tournament last week and made it to heads up against a tight passive. He had 80,000 and I had a little over 100,000 and the blinds were 15,000/30,000.

The first hand in heads up he is in the SB and pushed all in. I had J6s, which according to the SAGE system you call. Considering my opponents image, should I have folded here in spite of the SAGE system?

Getting 2.2:1 with J6s, I insta-call.

anybody using sage in HU-sngs?

I play turbos and found that maybe this could be usefull if my games run to the point where the stacks to blind ratio gets ugly

TT,

Against a tight passive i feel like we can win the next hand and he will fold a bigger range hu.

This is very often the best strategy at the end of a typical 10 person SNG, and I'm sure it's applicable by the time the effective stack gets to 6 or so BBs. However I have never until this thread heard this called Sage. It is typically referred to as Push-botting.
