Line check near bubble in Stars $109
 

53 players left, top 45 get paid. I am BB with ~10,000, and big stack (~30,000) raises 3xBB to 1800. I have A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] , I don't have reads on big stack as I was just moved to table literally the hand before. What's my line here?

with no reads fold. you have a weak hand OOP and you still have chips to attack with.

Seems like a pretty clear fold. You're thinking about restealing here? You're don't really have that much fold equity and if you get called you're in a world of hurt.

I believe MP2. I think 8200 is plenty of FE, and even though I have no reads against him, I thought a shove here may work in reverse in my favour, making him lay down some hand that were beating me,(A9-AJ, 33-77) since he had no reads on me either.

Middle position raise by a big stack on the bubble. You have a decent restealing hand amd the tight stack size for a resteal. I instapush.
