In a week I was told. If you are a VIP send an email complaining (and boy do we have a lot to complain about!) they gave me an instance $100 Bonus.

That'll offset the $3k a month Monster party rake!

It was discussed in the IB forum.

A couple of players e-mailed VIP to say that they were pretty disappointed that they never got a July offer (as they continually insisted was on the way).

If you also mention that you heard that other VIP's got $100 because of this delay I suspect you will have a pretty good shot.
