LAGs are gonna pop a re-raise w/ AK, KK, and a lot of weaker hands since you looked like you made a minimum steal attempt.

Supposing he has KK/QQ/JJ here, he's popping you to make you fold a weak ace. Or he could have AT and think its the nuts.

At any rate, with the 95 in the pot, the 45 call is easy IMO.
