Meh, very unexciting. First round 1 is about to fire up and looks like it will cap out at 10k ppl. |

It will probably have less entrants after the freeplayers have used their tickets.

Dealer: FunkiMunki finished the tournament in 9999th place so rigged. [/ QUOTE ] rigged because you couldn't hit your goal of going out in 10000th? you got 2nd though, isn't that enough? and in this game, 2nd place money is the same as first place money! |
Re: Pokerstars $2.5 Million Dollar Freeroll (???)
it's not about the money, it's about the pride. 9999th is cool and all, but it's just not the same.

The Event is named after poker legend Chris Moneymaker. It sounds like how the other poster described. Probably not worth the time. |

The more I thik about it the more I really hate this promotion.
Hopefully stars will realize their mistake and change it ASAP. If the Round 1's keep filling up the value of a round 2 seat will be 10k FPPs, which seems nuts, considering it's another freeroll to a freeroll. Party did something similar for the WSOP, but at least their 50 seat freeroll was actually free, and they capped the entrants at 3500 (or maybe 5k?). |
