OFFICIAL PokerRoom (Ongame) ****ed up upgrade thread

As anyone who's played there lately can attest, Pokerroom's software has been absolutely horrible. Multitabling became impossible with statistics enabled thanks to their latest update. Today they released another update for their update.

How's it working now? Post the bugs and issues here.

it seems to be working, however, there is still a lag in stats updating to pt and gt+. after a few hundred hands, it seemed to quit updating all togheter (perhaps there was an error with gt+ though).

So far the lag with the stats seems to have disappeared. Keeping the fingers crossed but it's still keeping records of my play as well. Hopefully the 'sit out and break the database' error is gone.

What about player notes and icons? I kept losing all my notes on the old software. Is that fixed?

The lag after each hand due to statistics being enabled has been fixed. The bug where HH stopped being recorded when you sat out seems to be fixed. Hands this last week were still getting skipped, however.

However, there seems to be some delay in some instances between when the hand histories are written to the db, and when they are played. For instance, I import every four minutes while 4-tabling, and I'm only getting 4-5 hands every 4 min? When I log off the tables, and force an import I get the extra hands back in.

All in all, I don't see any noticeable difference between the version before the upgrade and the one after the upgrade, from a gameplay standpoint, other than the ability to name your own stats file. The software is still a major resource hog.

All night tonight, I kept getting a 'slow connection' warning on Holdem Poker. I haven't had that in over 6 months. Anyone else haing that difficulty? I really don't think it's anything on my end.

PRFetch

it is $10 IIRC and linked from the pokertracker forums

requires you to write down one hand number at each table you play and that is the extent of extra work on your part

So I've actually been able to 4 table w/ Pokertracker and PAHud running today and it's hardly lagging at all... amazing. However my computer has been randomly shutting down (not locks up, pfft- power off) while running Hollywood. New feature?
