I wish to have built a software program similar to poker academy that i can brand as my own. an existing program may suit but would need to be branded as mine. I can pay cash.

I have been on a project similar to that. Please calculate on your own:

$65 / hour
8 hours / day
22 days / month

it took me 7 months to finish. If you calculate an amount of about $80080 you are right.

If you are willing to pay that amount I am all yours.

By the way: we would have to discuss another 20% of your sales as my salary, too.

that was a bit higher than i anticipated, plus the 20% of sales is out of question. what if you build me a program and charge me X$ per program i sell and pay you in advance for x number of sales upfront?

What is that X number? The reason I ask is that for a software developer to make a viable program he nees to anticipate a 90% net return on sales. That more or less means that you need to guarantee a million dollar check. Also I doubt something like PA can be replicated in a 7 month time frame, just the AI alone was a labor of several years and you won't find a brain trust to do it all that cheap.
