Had BB pegged as a loose calling station. his stats where 30-9-1 over 77 hands. Thought there was a 30% chance he would raise All in if I bet the turn.

A bet on the turn is a semibluff,
which is generally a bad idea against calling stations.

Check check check check. And then check some more. His line seems consistent with some form of draw, and it is implied odds heaven if he's drawing to a lower flush than you are or if he's been slowplaying a big hand and a T falls on the river.
