Convert Bodog hands to Poker Tracker

Anyone know of a way to convert hand history from Bodog to a compatible Poker Tracker format?

Manually type them into text format. I dont' think there's any way to automatically convert them.

How did you get the hand history? As far as I know there is no way to get them.
