Aggression in NL Hold Em

Basically, I feel like I'm good enough at nl hold em to start playing a more aggressive style. The problem is, I feel like when I try to be aggressive and raise with more hands, I feel like I'm getting bullied out. Also, I need help with my continuation bets, as most of the time, they get raised as well. Any helpful articles or if there is a book about being aggressive, could someone point me in the right direction? thanks

Who are you playing? What limits? Live or online?

In my opinion, being agressive in NLH is all about feeling and tells. You have to know the players you are playing against. You must know if they are conservative or are they loose. Are they smart or are they maniacs? All this information comes to play. If you're sitting at a table with a bunch of tight players, it's going to be easy to become the bully. However, if you're at a table with a bunch of loose maniacs, well, it's not going to be so easy. If they keep playing back at you, and you think they're BSing, then you have to learn to come over the top.

Being agressive is all about choosing your spots. If someone reraises you, and you feel that he has a good hand, then lay it down. If you feel otherwise, then come over the top. If you have good poker instincts, you should be in good shape.
