6) Having outrageous sunglasses so you can staredown your opponent for half a minute right before you call his allin raise when you hold the nuts.

7) Being able to figure out how much the donkeys at the table are willing to call preflop with any2face cards, any2suited

- controlling your heart-rate/pulse when bluffing all-in for 200BB with 7-high, then being able to sit there nonchalantly for 5 mins while they ponder.

- Learning to read opponents individually, i.e. one guy nervously swallowing after making a big bet w/ the nuts vs the other that does same thing while running a bluff.

- It's been said, but i'll say it again - if you can drink and still play well, it's a huge edge.

- Being courteous to other players, especially the fish as they suck out on you. "Great hand, my man!" It'll be yours half-hour later anyway.

Saying "sorry don't bake no pies" incessantly at the table is the key to crushing live no limit texas hold em cash games. All that other stuff is just poo.
