Apparantly it's been a while since you played. Seems that party has done away with them. 30/60 is as high as they'll allow now.

This is typically Party's arrogant attitude, where they only look what is in their best interest (but I doubt they can even see what's in their best interest), and don't give a [censored] about the players.
