Eating vs smoking marijuana\'s effect on fertility?
 

I was hanging out with this kid today and he said that eating marijuana will cause infertility whereas smoking it will not. In a google search I found studies showing that THC -marijuana's active ingredient- does effect fertility but no studies that drew a distinction between eating and smoking the drug. Has anyone ever heard of this difference? Im inquiring purely out of curiousity as I would never do either, of course.

this is the correct answer.

there is a wealth of information available on the subject of marijuana if you care to seek it. reference books, scholarly journal articles, internet databases, etc. listening to your stoner friends (about anything, really) isn't your best move.

try checking norml.org websit or any other marijuana activist/reform website they usually have there facts straight.

For the record nothings conclusive on the matter, how many stoners you know have/had kids. Eating it or smoking it its all THC.
