Stars old stacked bonuses gone?
 

Well, I had 3 old stars bonuses left stacked up and today when I check my account they are all suddenly gone. Has this happened to anyone else?

IIRC they expire after ~ 1 year.

The same happened here, however, I had this bonus for 4 months max.

Couple of folks on bonus whores posted a reply from Stars that says its a glitch and they're working on it.

I haven't had mine stacked for a year and they appear to be gone too. I don't know if they're actually gone, but I don't have a button that says check bonus status anymore.

I contacted CS and they said they have some kind of problem with showing the bonuses and it will probably be fixed before tomorrow.

it doesnt affect the bonuses in any way

As you have noted, the option to check the status of your pending deposit bonus is currently unavailable. We are aware of the issue, and our software team anticipates having it resolved hopefully before tomorrow.

Please understand that your actual deposit bonus has been unaffected. Any FPPs you have accumulated, and will accumulate, continue to go towards your pending bonus.

You have accumulated 64 of the necessary 600 FPPs for your latest bonus.

Your bonus will be released as normal should you accumulate the necessary FPPs during this period - you just will not have the option to check the status temporarily.

Yup. I got the same message. Stars' CS is fast and good and i guess a lot of people were concerned about this.
