results orentated opponents
 

Is it just me or do results factor huge in HU play.
Especially 3 betting preflop oop
so many even good players after taking a bad beat or a cooler just pound hands that the would normally call with
when you expect this happening how do you approach it?

I don't call that being results oriented. I call that tilt. If I see it happens, I start salivating. I can get more value from my made hands by raising, and I plan on going to showdown more, often letting him bluff.

Yeah, perhaps it's the nature of playing shorter...a greater tendency to tilt. Larger fluctuations means more tilt for some.
