I would say give them a call. Be better I believe talking to them explaining why you now want access now, etc.

You can't. I called to get in done but they warned me that I could never turn it back on so I just opened a different account just for poker and linked to that instead.

You request to have it turned off as there has been some theft lately. It limits your potential loss to the amount in your neteller account versus the amount you have in the bank.
