Good tax accounants near LA?

Hi,

I recently finished reading "Inc. Yourself" and now am ready to start "inc-ing" myself. However, I do not know a good tax accountant/lawyer regarding gambling around the Los Angeles area. Anyone have any recommendations?

Alternatively, I was thinking of making a trip to Vegas since there will probably be surplus of accountants that know how to deal with "inc-ing" professional gamblers. But I am worried if it is possible for me to set up a business in California even though the paperwork was in a different state (Nevada).

Thanks.

If I were to incorporate in Nevada, don't I need an actual address as a place for business in Nevada? Or it's possible incorporate in Nevada and claim part of my mortgage in California as the base of my business?

Consult a CPA or other expert, but my CPA told me to setup a P.O. Box and that would suffice.

There are many books on the subject, just put Nevada Corporation into Amazon.

Your location says Commerce. Can I have the info for your CPA?
