Is starluck one of the ones w/ the really high WR when depositing from Neteller? If not, which is?

Starluck has the same WR than Planetluck (8xD+B) and Casino On Net was the one with huge WR when depositing with Neteller.

Pretty sure StarLuck and friends don't change terms for method used. Casino-On-Net has figured out that it's smarter to make it harder for NETELLER users. They must have calculated that more advantage players use NETELLER.

No change in WR as far as I know. Silly to use echeck for them since there's another bonus to whore after.

Might as well stuff my question here about starluck. Since when do they require passport numbers for signing up?

That's new to me, but I know they used to be one of the easiest to hit multiple times since they almost never requested docs. Must be their way of preventing the gnomes now.
