cliff notes, i order a dell 20" 1600x1200 monitor and i am sent a 1680x1080 widescreen 20", a cheaper, less useful monitor.

they dont respond to his email. He sends 4 more and when they finally do respond, its some form letter explaining him that he ordered a monitor with his party points and they checked with shipping and it did in fact get shipped, and to give it another day or two as it should arrive.
