Pokerroom Account Under Investigation
 

I could not log into my pokerroom account this morning. The message stated that my account is under investigation. I emailed pokerroom and am waiting for a response. Has anyone had this happen before? I can not think of any reason for them to investigate. Does anyone have a phone contact number for pokerroom? Thanks.

yeah, I tried to log in and it told me my account was blocked. My roomate got the same thing this morning. Sooooo I don't know whats up. I'm exploring other poker sites right now anyway. Any recomendations?

This happened to me about a year ago. They unlocked it about 2 days later. I never found out why.

My account was unlocked without any email or explanation. Strange.

I think they are having technical difficulties. Tried to play 20 min ago and tables were dissappearing. People in the lobby chat were all having problems.

Yeah - then I stopped cheating. Never had an account locked since.
