won't work for me either...when I go to sit down it says "your account is not available at this time"...not sure what that means

It stopped working while I was at a table, the money still isn't back into my account. They seem to have been having minor problems with their server throughout the day, but this is the longest period its been down for.

I logged in and was able to request a cashout. Definitely slower than usual to move between pages however.

I am new to UB and this has never happened to me. It says I have .46, but money being played on tables. Guess what, I am not on any table right now. Where the hack is my money? Is this happening to others? thank you so much.
