Anyone Having Problems With WPEX Software??
 

Hey I just recently downloaded WPEX and started playing there. The software seems to have weird problems though. One problem is that it'll freeze and sit me out in the blinds or preflop. Also sometimes when I'm sitting out the table will seem to be frozen and all of a sudden all the previous action will be accelerated and fast foward to the current hand. When I logout and log back in the problem will go away and come back in a couple hands...Anyone experience this also??

I was having the same problem last night but wasn't sure if it was my computer or their site. I'm about to log on and check it out again so I'll update how it goes today.

Sounds like you are having internet connection problems.

I've had the same thing happen to me at most every site I play on at times. When it happens at my Prima sites, the bells and dongs scare the bazooka out of me when they play fast catch up with what I missed.

It does that whenever poker tracker scans a large number of files during an import.

I haven't got a reply about the monday rake stuff yet, been a day.

OP, My software has been real laggy today. This is the first day its done that.

It happened to me the last time I played there. It never happened before yesterday, so I assumed it was an internet connection problem on my end.

It's something wide spread. I got kicked off 2 or 3 times this morning, and when I got back on just about everybody was sitting out.

Something to do with this software update, probably.

I get a problem every time I try to play. After about 20 mins I get the error message 'Incorrect parameters'. The computer freezes and I crash out.

Support's only advice is that I may be running too many programs. But this isn't it as I am running WSEX on its own. On other sites I am multi-tabling with tracker and hud both running.

Guess there is no rake-free poker for me!

I can't get hand histories - the button just doesn't respond.

Support's advice so far, press the button and ensure your email address is correct. Gee, thanks guys!

I just got done playing - had no connection problems at all and all my hand histories were sent to my email right away. Shrugs.

People were mentioning this last night and I had no problems.

Now tonight it sent me the first 9 hands I played then would not send anymore new ones.

a bunch of tables just closed with no warning

but overall i like the site
