I wouldn't consider Raymer an online player, though. He played a lot live before he won the WSOP, mostly at Foxwoods I think?

Moneymaker, Fishman, etc arent real online poker players. I think the prereq should be 50 hours a month of higher stakes cash game action.

Just search for him on Stars, if I remember right he said he plays 5-10 hours a week right now on Stars due to the fact he is busy with promotions / side projects (his slot machine thats coming out, etc)

^But most times you're playing against him, you won't recognize him.

I'd say Prahlad Friedman is the most recognizable name in online poker, if you exclude Moneymaker and Raymer for whatever reason.

Patrik Antonius would be another candidate, especially after his WPT episode airs later this season. I was on cardplayer.com and his face was on the front page in 4 different areas. He's mostly an online player.

I'm not sure if they are the most well known but Darrell Dickens and Erik Sagstrom have probably had the most success from online to live.

EVERYONE KNEW ABOUT THE TAKEOVER. Only reason he was recognized by face was that he was under 21 and wasn't playing in live tourneys.
