$20 to your PStars account if I use your answer

I need a joke where the puch line is "They both have too many bowties"

The line has to start, "What do (insert your answer here) and a discoid meniscus have in common."

The answer is they both have too many bowties.

So, I need something that has too many bowties, be creative but keep it PG-13 please.

I need this by 6:20 am.

For those that care a discoid meniscus in the knee is often recognized on MRI because it has too many bowties.

Thank you, X

The other option for a joke could be...

What do you get when you mix Bond, Pee Wee, Abe Lincoln.

Answer is a discoid Meniscus (3 bowties or more is the rule)

I have thought of all the famous people with bowties, now I was just hoping one of you bright young minds could come with something even more creative.

Fill in the blank with...

Wiki

I would go with PeeWee Herman or Krusty the Clown.

The Barilla Pasta taste tester
The Staff of the New Yorker
Any orchestra (I think the London Philharmonic is an amusing option)
Some play on words involving Robin Hood and his Band of Merry Men.

I feel that while the James Bond idea is pretty amusing, it needs a little more spice. I think it would, therefore, be better to phrase it: What do Sean Connery, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan, and Daniel Craig have in common....finish joke.

Re: $20 to your PStars account if I use your answer

I prefer a "stand-up type" extended version of this joke, using the London Philharmonic Orchestra line from above...

For example...

"A colleague of mine and his wife just celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary and they decided that they wanted to spend an evening out and do something special. [colleague's name] is always thinking about his work and they thought the best way to spend a relaxing evening was to see the London Philharmonic Orchestra. blah blah blah...When I saw him again on Monday morning I asked him how the concert was and he said 'It was quite nice, but I think they have a problem with discoid meniscus' **some people will start giggling here as they begin to get the joke** 'Discoid Meniscus?' I asked, 'How so?' **bit of a pause...* He replied....'too many bowties'.

Something like that....it makes the joke more lighthearted and you an incorporate somebody well known to the audience into the joke and perhaps congratulate them on a recent anniversary or birthday or whatever.
