somewhat OT: Where are all the AC hookers???
 

Every time i go to AC every one is talking about the plethora of hookers that is there, and in the dozen times i've been there so far, i don't think i've seen one. I've only been to the Tropicana and the Taj, so i'm guessing maybe they don't hang around there, but where can i find them?

Like the one poster said, Pacific Avenue, late at night (although sometimes broad daylight too, they're just a little more low-key about it). Area around the Post Office seems to be an active pocket. 1700 block or so (KY-MLK-IN cross streets).

Also, and of course you probably know this, escort agencies and massage parlors. 1112 Atlantic is a particularly relaxing MP. I've heard. For when you're done with those STTs at the Taj.

Yeah, you can be randomly approached by them in some cases. A friend of mine was having a perfectly innocent conversation with a hot young girl at the Atlantic City Bar & Grille when he was informed by her that she was "working." I guess if you don't look gross or like a cop you got a chance.

Okay, okay. Maybe not 100% accurate. Prostitutes are a special case. But my point is that you are more likely to be solicited by a prostitute the better looking you are. Unless of course you look very rich.

I'm happy that I can make my first post on 2+2 about AC hookers.

You definitely see less of them during the colder months. During the summer, when the weather is nicer and the tourist population picks up....you will see hookers on most street corners of Pacific Ave.

I stayed at the Trop 3 weeks ago and saw 3 as I was walking from the Poker Room to the Elevator. If you know what you're looking for, they're not hard to find.

As the above poster said, there aren't as many outside in the colder months because they go to Vegas, but the locals are still there.

Definitely the colder months make those grrls go under cover but in reality they work the streets like the homeless. There are less visitors to AC during the "off season" so competition for that $ becomes extreme.

Secondly, the internet has made the working grrl more "professional".
Also the local newspaper about the Atlantic City Scene has plenty of advertisements for escorts who don't have to stand on 12" stillettos on the corner of Pacific and Texas with a wind chill of minus 17.

I've seen then PLAYING 2/4 at the Trop on many occasions. Some dealers will volentarily, and happily, point them out on other tables.
