Would you rather......
 

I surprised I havn't seen any "Would you rather" questions on OOT. I'm fairly new, so I might've missed em. But here's one that I can't decide on. So out of morbid curiosity...

Would you rather be eaten alive or be burned alive?

For simplicities sake say that they both take 5 minutes to kill you, your eatin alive by a tiger, and your burned on a steak. So.........

Hmm, that is tough. I can't decide. In fact i'd say it's a coin flip situation. Heads, for eaten, tails for being burnt.

Burned for sure. I'd imagine it's only a minute or so of horrible, horrible agony before you go into shock and pass out. Being eaten alive has the potential for a sadist to keep you conscious for as long as possible before he dips a spork into your brain and eats it.

I would imagine being eaten is quicker than 10 minutes....after the initial pain, wouldn't the body start to shut down....and dfift out of consciousness...Then its Adios Amigos!!

Eaten. I think there's something quite cool about fighting a tiger barehanded, and you'd only get one chance...

Yes, a tiger is a killing machine. If I'm going out I'd rather be fighting and eventually losing than being passive and burned with a pole up my a$$.

I've heard serious burns are just about the most painful thing in the universe, so I'll go with being eaten. Maybe I'll get lucky and he'll eat something important first so I'll die quick.

I'll go with burned because it would be easier to accept my fate. With the tiger, I'd feel like I could fight my way out of it, which would only lead to extra stress in those last few minutes.

However if there was a hypothetical chance of escape from each situation, I'd take the tiger hands down. It would be much cooler to say that you survived by fighting a tiger than it would to say you untied yourself from a stake at the last minute.

But I think implicitly in the question, you know you are going to lose. I think that kills some of the thrill of it; your fight is only delaying the inevitable.

If I had to choose between being burned alive or getting to fight a tiger with even 0.0001% of winning, I'd pick the fight for sure. But I picked being burned because I really don't want to be in some animal's mouth.

I answered eaten. Supposedly burning alive is the absolute worst way to die. I imagine that once the first bite got into you you'd go into shock and that'd be the end of it.

As for the prison question, would I have to take it up the butt or just do oral?

Not that it really matters. I could be gay for a year, but life without human contact? [censored] that.

I'd rather be eaten. It seems much more like the natural order of things, cycle of life and all that. At least my death would provide a poor hungry tiger with a tasty meal. I bet I'm delicious.

I figure if a tiger was eating you he'd be tearing you to pieces almost by accident.

The only way I could see it taking five minutes to kill you is if you were a really big animal, like one of those 500 or 1000 pounders.

Or, if the animal just grabbed you in its jaws and carried you off. Apparently they do this quite often with people, so they can get them somewhere in some nice shade, or where they can feel quiet and protected, and cover the corpse so they can feed off it over a period of hours or days.

So I guess if a tiger took 5 minutes to kill you, it would be because he was carrying you for almost the full five minutes of them.

Burning to death has got to be the most painful death. I think I'd literally go mad before I died, even if I died quickly. But not the kind of mad where you feel no pain. So my official choice is, Anything But That.

I once saw a real bad burn victim on a train. he didn't have hair, didn't have much in the way of ears, no eyebrows, and his entire head was just terribly scarred yet otherwise completely featureless. I cringed just thinking about what he'd been through. it was haunting.

i don't think I could take the smell of my own burning flesh..the pain of being eaten alive doesn't seem nearly as great as being burned to death.

There couldn't be a more painful way to die than being burned alive. At least if you are eaten alive you will pass out due to blood loss. Anyway, it gives me a chance to get the tiger back. Maybe I can poke out his eyeball or kick him in the nuts.

Yeah I like what diebitter said about being able to fight the tiger. I think it's a good point. I seriously can't decied. One girl I know chose eaten alive because at least then your adding to the ecosystem. I dunno, someone else do one. Preferable something better like....would you rather get [censored] in the ass or suck a dick, actualy someone should try that one.
