Hero 4-bets. Not really a tough decision. Making it anything over $25 would be fine by me. Push, w/e.

fistpump push imo. I never fold KK preflop for ~100BB

Hero pushes all day long against a guy with these stats. If he were 6/1/1, it'd be a different story (maybe).

Thx, just checking line. Pooosh and slam hand on table when villian shows AA.

Re: 50nl KK facing RR from blind

that'll happen, regardless. However, against this type of villain you'll see QQ/AK and JJ sometimes so it's worth it. Against a 6/1/1 you know you're going to be fooked.

You'll see a lot more than that from a 44/22.

True, but I didn't want to give myself carpal tunnel typing out all the hands.

Re: 50nl KK facing RR from blind

The real question is, how much does his 44/22 stats (over ~40 hands mind you) indicate what he'll call a 4-bet with? We sometimes get overly excited about villians who appear LAG and automatically assume he'll stack off light pre-flop (calling our push).

Certainly we are likely way ahead of his range here and maybe I just like to play with fire, but I generally believe that we're more likely to get his stack if we smoothcall and let him hang himself.

Haha. I was originally going to say "call or min-raise him" but then I saw all the "shove you only lose to AA" posts and I'm like "sigh... you guys are missing the point lol."

Id actually flat this and look to get it in on a non ace flop. Even if CO calls I think your pretty profitable in this situation.

Re: 50nl KK facing RR from blind

I thought about calling here, but I thought I would lose him on flop if an A didnt flop (obv I would hate that). I thought he would call with AA KK QQ JJ(maybe) and AK. If I take it down PF thats ok too.

The guy almost seemed tilty by his play even with the small sample I have seen from him.

Plus you can get the CO to call if you flat here. Someone with those stats is most likely a moron, but that doesnt mean they are calling 4bets AI with A9o

Very true...

Question, now say I smooth call. I am facing a maniac type in the bb and a trailer (we will say unknown). SO 3 way flop comes with A, do we even Cbet this. Looking at a 20$ish CBet, or do we give up on hand?.

How often does an lag and an unknown NOT have an A here?

Re: 50nl KK facing RR from blind

Just fold if the Ace comes.

Re: 50nl KK facing RR from blind

Thanks all, didn't think this hand would get that much discussion.

It's kind of funny, when I'm running good I think I call here and when running bad, I just poossh this, its seems when I'm not running well, an A always falls.

Re: 50nl KK facing RR from blind

If you call and the middle guy folds, I would never fold on any flop.

Against 2 opponents I would not be cbetting against someone who made such a big 3bet pre flop.

I check turn, check/fold river.

I'd just call here like 95% of the time.
