AA VS KK Gold vs Farha HSP.
 

Just curious about this, just watched the episode as i seen a post for the latest episode.
What do you think about this i know we can all see what they both have but is GOLD like a total tool?

He is literally slapping his cards on his face, only + is he does seem to talk farha into a river check but telling him hes calling any river bet OOP is just moronic?

yes he does, and i think i said that the only positive aspect of this play of golds what the fact he got farha to check the river saving him some money.

all im saying is he talks WAY WAY to much tells people his hand range alot of times and is getting looser than sammy farha playing 0.10 0.25. that is all chill jamie fan.

"the powers that be" learned a while back that we all love to hate people. its human nature for most. thats why they shoved howard cossel and the like in our faces for the last 30+ years. jamie has annoyance value as well.

personally, i think if anyone has been an ass on hsp, its doyle. i think he's way out of line rushing people with 6 figure decisions, regardless if the parties involved are acting stupid. if doyle is getting grumpy with old age, then my apologies. other than that, he should just chill out.

hope the other episodes have less of this garbage in.. that hand was 1/4 of the program. i like hsp but they better be careful or its gonna turn into a farce with crap like this. when jamie pops off the game will prob get better anyway. i want t5oi watch interesting hands played,not the gold farha lover in.. How come every thread I read on this stupid hand, no one ever talks about the interesting spot Sammy was in on his last raise. Sammy raised preflop and Jamie called. BEFORE THE FLOP WAS DEALT Jamie checked dark, Sammy bet dark, Jamie check-raised dark (to $30k) and Sammy re-raised dark (to $90k).

What if instead of calling dark, Jamie had said, "let's see the flop, then I'll make my decision"? It was pretty clear Sammy had Aces. If Jamie flops a King, he's able to get another $300k out of Sammy without putting in another dime preflop. If Jamie doesn't flop a set, he can fold only losing $30k.

Should Sammy have reraised dark?

Of course sammy should have reraised dark, what are you talking about? Every raise he made dark was a raise with the nuts, and Jamie Gold was clearly calling. If you meant to ask "should Jamie Gold have check-raised dark," then I think the answer is clearly no, that was retarded.

Of course I think doing anything in the dark is generally retarded, especially against good players. All you're doing is giving away information, and your acting on even more imperfect information than you normally have.
