For 150bb it's prob not worth the variance even if you are a 4-1 or 5-1 favourite, sure it's +EV but who wants to gamble for that much?

Remember if you have AA, you have a double chance of winning. Either AA stays good, or the board quads, which means you auto win.

I dont know if you guys are joking or not but this is a ring game and you should never fold aa preflop in a ring game. if this was a tournament I would agree with you guys but this is just a ring game, not actual real poker.

Easy fold with overpair in a spot like that. Villains range includes two pair or a set more often than top pair or some monster draw.
