What hand would he reraise the flop with that you have beat?
Have you seen him raising draws before?

It's close, but I think I fold without a specific read that he would bluff a significant amount of the time. He's aggressive postflop, but not so much preflop, so you can run into 99+ and there's only one smaller overpair that doesn't have you beat, which means that the only part of his range (aside from air) you are ahead of are draws, but there are just not enough combinations (and not enough equity) to make up for all the other hands. I'm not certain but I think i'd put my calling threshold for overpairs here to like JJ or maybe even QQ.

I guess a lot just depends on how much you think he will bluff. A high AF doesn't necessarily prove a lot of bluffing ,it just indicates he doesn't call much.

Can you explain your decision to call the flop raise AND the turn bet? Were you waiting for a non-spade?

I'm folding the turn, but I'm weak-tight.

What would be a good range for calling here? TT+? I think alot of draws are in his range.

Re: 25NL reasonable stack off with small OP?

If he's bad, if you know he does this with draws, then yes, but when someone doesn't take the free card on the turn, and just overbets hard, it takes a distinct read for me to put him on a draw.
